The homeowner came to us with the vision of a compact accessory building on her lot and we built her exactly what she wanted: a sleeping loft cottage with a space-saving murphy bed, polished concrete floors in terra cotta, a central hearth fireplace, built in book shelves, a cozy bay window, and more. . .don’t let the size fool ya! And to add the cherry on top — beautiful exposed ceiling beams in stained wood which bring a true cottage feel to this new addition to our portfolio! Outside, there is a vegetable garden and a private patio.
