This Vancouver Laneway House was designed with lots of helpful input from our client.
Their aim — have the bedroom of their home tucked into the lower level so that occupants and guests can take in views of the cityscape and mountains from the upper level while they visit.
The ample footprint of 650 square feet allows for two visiting areas, a home office, a large bathroom (not pictured), one dedicated bedroom, a kitchen, and a living space. In the quaint kitchen, top of the line millwork maximizes storage.
